Bartho Boer

Bartho Boer is Chief Brand, Communications & CSR at KPN, the Netherlands’ leading telecommunications and digital infrastructure company. Alongside his professional role, he is an experienced trainer for VVD International and Liberal International, where he delivers leadership development programmes for government officials, aspiring politicians and young professionals across Europe. A graduate in Political Science from Leiden University, Bartho specialises in liberal leadership, strategic communication and reputation management.

Over the course of his career, he has advised CEOs, ministers, mayors and senior leaders, and has twice been recognised as the Netherlands’ Most Inspiring Communications Professional. His training focuses on authentic leadership, self-awareness and building bridges across different perspectives to help individuals and teams thrive in an increasingly complex world.
