Olivier van de Vossenberg

Olivier van de Vossenberg is International Officer at VVD International, where he manages international partnerships and capacity-building projects aimed at strengthening liberal democracy and promoting liberal values, primarily in Eastern Europe. Through various international funding programmes, he works closely with liberal sister parties and like-minded organisations to support democratic development, political cooperation, and the exchange of best practices.

A significant part of his work focuses on leadership development and political training. He coordinates initiatives such as Studio Europe and the Liberal Leadership Academy, helping to equip the next generation of liberal leaders with the knowledge, skills, and international networks needed to address today’s political and societal challenges.

Alongside his professional work, Olivier has a strong interest in geopolitics, international affairs, and languages. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland, and a master’s degree in Russian and Post-Soviet Politics from University College London. Combining academic expertise with practical political experience, he is committed to strengthening international liberal cooperation and supporting democratic resilience across Europe and beyond.
