Debbie van de Wijngaard

Debbie van de Wijngaard is a seasoned Senior Behavioural Expert based in The Hague, working with agencies such as SUE & The Alchemists. She advises on behavioural design, stakeholder engagement, and goal-oriented messaging, with a strong focus on political and societal issues. She has extensive campaign experience within the VVD (People’s Party for Freedom and Democracy), contributing to the 2015 Provincial Elections, the 2017 Parliamentary Elections, and various candidate campaigns. In 2026 she ran for a seat in the The Hague City Council, where she currently holds a seat.

For VVD International, Debbie has given trainings on Campaigning, Storytelling and Narrative Building.
