Luuk Peeters

Luuk Peeters is the Coordinator of the International Office, where he oversees the office’s daily management and strategic operations. He is responsible for managing international partnerships and political cooperation with liberal parties and democratic organizations across Europe, the MENA region, and beyond. Besides, his work focuses on strengthening liberal democracy through leadership development, capacity-building programmes, and international exchanges, bringing together policymakers, political professionals, and emerging leaders to share knowledge and best practices.

Alongside his professional work, Luuk has a strong academic interest in international security, political extremism, and democratic resilience. He completed a master’s degree in Philosophy at Tilburg University. He also pursued extracurricular studies in entrepreneurial literacy and Arabic, reflecting his broad interest in politics, international affairs, and intercultural engagement.

Combining academic insight with practical political experience, Luuk is committed to fostering international cooperation and empowering liberal leaders to address today’s geopolitical and democratic challenges through dialogue, innovation, and shared liberal values.
