The Academy
The Eastern European Liberal Academy (EELA) is a two-weekend academy for politically engaged young people from liberal parties and organisations across the EU enlargement region. The programme provides participants with a strong foundation in essential political skills while connecting them with like-minded young liberals from across the region.
Over the course of the academy, participants develop their knowledge, skills and confidence, progressing from Beginner to Intermediate level. Through practical training and learning, they gain the tools needed to become more active and effective within their political organisations.
EELA also forms an important step in the broader liberal leadership-development pathway, preparing participants to take part in more advanced programmes, such as the Liberal Leadership Academy.
