Ilmek Ilmek Türkiye - Alliance of Her

The third and final module of Ilmek İlmek (Alliance of Her Türkiye) will take place from 08–11 October 2026 in Istanbul, bringing together female politicians from across Türkiye for a programme of training, peer learning and networking.
Adopted from ALDE’s Alliance of Her initiative and supported by international partners such as the Friedrich Naumann Foundation, VVD International is supporting and co-organising this final module. The programme aims to strengthen women’s participation in political decision-making by developing their leadership skills, political expertise and professional networks
Through practical workshops, cross-party dialogue and learning from international guest speakers, participants will strengthen key political and leadership skills while building lasting connections with fellow female politicians from across Türkiye. The session will end with a graduation ceremony.
