In Leeuwarden is het goed wonen, werken, studeren en ontspannen. Of het nu gaat om onze vele sportvoorzieningen, vette festivals, bruisende horeca, een aantrekkelijke winkelgebied of goed onderwijs. Alles is aanwezig om van Leeuwarden ‘de’ studentenstad van het Noorden te maken. Je kunt alleen de studentenstad van het Noorden worden door ambitie te tonen. Ambitie hebben we zeker. Daarom maken we ons hard voor:
- Veilig thuis – op straat, in de wijk en online, ongeacht het tijdstip. Iedereen moet veilig thuis kunnen komen.
- Voldoende studentenhuisvesting én voldoende starterswoningen
- Een woonomgeving die voldoet aan de veiligheidseisen.
- Vrije sluitingstijden van de horeca: stappen tot hoe laat je wilt.
- Leeuwarden als “festivalhoofdstad van het Noorden”, festivals zijn namelijk een verrijking.
- Meer banen om na je studie ook daadwerkelijk aan de slag te gaan in Leeuwarden.
- Een gemeente waar iedereen zichzelf kan zijn.
