Maar nee, dat is niet iets om trots op te zijn. Met \u20ac142,18 betaal je in Katwijk de hoogste belasting voor het hebben van een hond.<\/p>\n<p>De gemeente zet onze hondenbezitters daarmee flink te kakken. Want waarom zou specifiek iemand die een hond heeft zo veel meer moeten betalen aan de lokale belasting? Wij zien de hond n\u00ed\u00e9t als een wandelende geldautomaat, zo legt onze kandidaat Sandra Grimbergen uit.<\/p>\n<p>In Katwijk stegen de gemeentelijke uitgaven in vier jaar tijd van 175 naar 250 miljoen euro. Dit is een veel grotere stijging dan in andere gemeenten.<\/p>\n<p>De Katwijkse VVD wil dat de gemeente zich meer gaat richten op de kerntaken, minder extern personeel inhuurt en geen onverstandige financi\u00eble uitgaven voor de toekomst doet, zoals de dure onteigening van de Kwakelwei.
