In een bijzondere gemeenteraadsvergadering bespraken we het nieuwe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vvd.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/114\/2026\/06\/Coalitieakkoord-2026.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">coalitieakkoord<\/a> waarna we afscheid namen van de vertrekkende wethouders. Wij bedanken hen voor de samenwerking. In het bijzonder felicitaties aan Harrie van Dijk; hij ontving de Helmondse stadspenning na 24 jaar werk in de Helmondse politiek.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Daarna werden de nieuwe wethouders be\u00ebdigd en wat zijn we trots op onze nieuwe wethouder <span class=\"html-span xdj266r x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak xexx8yu xyri2b x18d9i69 x1c1uobl x1hl2dhg x16tdsg8 x1vvkbs\"><span class=\"xt0psk2\"><span class=\"xjp7ctv\">Theo Manders<\/span><\/span><\/span>. We hebben veel vertrouwen in de komende periode. Theo en de zes collega\u2019s in het college: veel succes, op naar een mooie samenwerking, waarin we het goede doen voor Helmond!<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Raadsleden werden wethouders en dus kwamen er zetels vrij. Er zijn zes nieuwe raadsleden be\u00ebdigd. Wij verwelkomden <span class=\"html-span xdj266r x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak xexx8yu xyri2b x18d9i69 x1c1uobl x1hl2dhg x16tdsg8 x1vvkbs\"><span class=\"xt0psk2\"><span class=\"xjp7ctv\">Matijs Sneijers<\/span><\/span><\/span>. Als eerder gedeeld, is hij onlangs ook gekozen tot onze nieuwe fractievoorzitter. Matijs, proficiat namens de fractie. En nu gaan we \u00e9cht beginnen!<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Veel mooie woorden in een warme raadszaal.
