De aanpak van het Zwartbroekplein (Singelring fase 3) en het Wilhelminaplein staan al in de planning. Wij willen bovendien dat ook het stationsplein snel wordt aangepakt en dat de Hamstraat een hoogwaardige impuls krijgt: d\u00e9 verbinding tussen station en binnenstad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"><strong>Kwaliteit en uitstraling<\/strong>. <\/span><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Op initiatief van de VVD is regelgeving ingevoerd die de omgevingskwaliteit in de binnenstad borgt. In de jaren \u201970 is veel erfgoed gesloopt. Dat zijn historische fouten, maar we kunnen bij nieuwe ontwikkelingen wel eisen stellen aan de omgevingskwaliteit in de historische binnenstad. Deze kwaliteitslijn trekken we door naar de inrichting en het onderhoud van de openbare ruimte, reclame-uitingen en terrassenbeleid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"><strong>Citybranding<\/strong>. <\/span><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Na jaren praten moet citybranding nu concreet vorm krijgen. Een duidelijk profiel helpt om keuzes te maken, bijvoorbeeld bij evenementen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"><strong>Subsidies voor binnenstad en starters<\/strong>. <\/span><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">We continueren de subsidieregelingen voor gevelverbetering, wonen boven winkels en onderscheidend ondernemerschap.
