Roermond neemt daarin verantwoordelijkheid met een streefgetal van 30 procent sociale huur, maar <\/span><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">wij accepteren niet dat onze stad de sociale woningvoorraad van heel Midden-Limburg moet dragen<\/span><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">. De regionale verantwoordelijkheid voor sociale huur ligt ook bij de omliggende gemeenten. Zolang onze omliggende gemeenten blijven steken op percentages als 12, 16 of 19 procent houden we de bouw van nieuwe sociale huurwoningen tegen het licht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Scheefwonen aanpakken<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">. Woningen worden niet onnodig bezet door huishoudens die het eigenlijk niet meer nodig hebben.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Geen automatische voorrang voor statushouders<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">. Inwoners die al jaren wachten op een woning krijgen voorrang, er wordt daarbij geen onderscheid gemaakt tussen nationaliteiten. Discriminatie mag niet aan de orde zijn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"><strong>Bouwakkoorden<\/strong>. <\/span><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">We sluiten afspraken met corporaties, projectontwikkelaars \u00e9n buurgemeenten om samen te zorgen voor voldoende sociale huur. Zo wordt de druk eerlijk verdeeld.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"><strong>Verkoop stimuleren<\/strong>. <\/span><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Huurders van sociale huurwoningen mogen hun woning kopen, zodat zij vermogen opbouwen en corporaties de opbrengst kunnen gebruiken om nieuw te bouwen. Wij maken hier afspraken over met de woningcorporaties.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Een halt toeroepen aan (illegale) kamerverhuur<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">. Op ons initiatief zijn er regels gekomen tegen illegale kamerverhuur in Roermond. Neem bijvoorbeeld de verkamering op bijvoorbeeld de Schuitenberg, waar sprake was van overbewoning.
